Owner’s supervision is the core and most important part of our work. We provide owner’s supervision services for private houses, apartment associations, warehouses, production facilities, and other commercial buildings. We ensure that all documentation is properly maintained and assist the client in accepting completed works, as well as in resolving many other matters between the client and the contractor.
Pre-Purchase and Pre-Sale Building Inspection
We provide a thorough assessment and analysis of the condition of a building. We verify that the property complies with current regulations, identify potential issues, and offer solutions to improve the technical condition of the building.
Road Construction Owner’s Supervision
We ensure the successful implementation of road infrastructure projects. The service covers the entire construction process, from planning to execution. Our goal is to ensure that road works are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with high quality standards. Owner’s supervision is carried out by a Level 6 certified road engineer.
Applying for an Occupancy Permit
If a building does not have an occupancy permit and you do not have the time to handle the process yourself, we will assist you with everything related to applying for an occupancy permit. We assess the existing situation, arrange any required additional documentation, and obtain the necessary approvals from the local municipality.
Construction Consultation
Before starting construction works, it is advisable to review the existing building design or drawings that are still in the design phase and find the most optimal solution that aligns with both the Client’s and the architect’s vision. We also assist in preparing detailed construction budgets to ensure clearer and more effective project management.
